Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Try On Haul iOS app and its community features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Try On Haul. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The sign-in notice asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and submitting a community post requires a separate age confirmation. These are your declarations; we do not independently verify your age. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use and photos

Use the app lawfully and only for personal fashion planning. Upload only photos you have the right to use. For body-reference and try-on features, use photos of yourself. Never upload an image of a person under 18, a non-consensual image of another person, nudity, sexual content or imagery, lingerie, intimate imagery, or content that is illegal, exploitative, harassing, threatening, hateful or infringing. Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, scrape or redistribute content without permission, or use generated images to deceive, harass or harm someone.

Your use of AI features must also comply with the OpenAI Usage Policies and the Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, as applicable to the feature and provider.

4. Community posts, content licence and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit. When you submit a post for the community, you give Try On Haul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically process and display that content to operate the feature and show it to other users, including through our service providers. This licence lasts while the post is submitted or published and for the limited time needed to complete deletion, safety review, backup recovery or legal obligations. You can remove your post; a copy another user already saved into their own closet may remain in that user's account.

Community rules: post only your own images. Do not post images of anyone under 18, nudity, sexual content or imagery, lingerie, threats, harassment, hate, violence, illegal material or content that infringes another person's rights. Submissions remain unpublished while pending; a human moderator decides whether to approve or reject them, and only approved posts are published. Automated Gemini screening may flag a post for review but does not make the publication decision. Users may report posts or block authors. Reports can hide content from the reporting user and multiple distinct reports can temporarily hide a post pending moderator review. A moderator may approve, reject, remove or restore a post and may restrict an account from posting. We may act on content or accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, infringe rights or are subject to a lawful notice. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect people, rights or the service.

For a notice about unlawful or infringing content, email privacy@tryonhaul.si with: the exact post URL or enough detail to locate it; an explanation of why you believe it is unlawful or infringes your rights; your name and contact information; any supporting information; and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. This mailbox is a contact point, not a registered U.S. DMCA agent. U.S. DMCA agent registration is pending: [DMCA AGENT REGISTRATION]. Do not treat this placeholder as a designated-agent registration or as a representation that a DMCA safe harbour applies.

5. Third-party inspiration images

Some curated fashion-inspiration images in the feed may come from Pinterest or other third-party sources. They remain the property of their respective rights holders, and we have not verified a licence for every image currently shown. Source links and attribution are being added where the source is known. If you own rights in an image or are depicted in it, email privacy@tryonhaul.si with the image or feed link and enough information to identify the image and your concern. We will review the request and remove or restrict access to an image where appropriate.

6. Try-on previews

Try On Haul provides AI-generated outfit previews to help with personal planning. A preview can differ from real garment fit, proportions, colour, fabric, texture or retailer stock. It is illustrative only and is not a guarantee, professional fitting, medical assessment or promise that an item is available.

7. Plans, Apple purchases and credits

Available plans, included try-ons, credit packs and localized prices are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy. Those current disclosures form part of the purchase terms. Apple charges your Apple ID and handles billing, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund requests under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before the renewal date shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting your Try On Haul account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Extra try-on credits do not expire while your Try On Haul account exists. They are account-bound, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and any remaining balance is removed when you delete your account. A refund or charge reversal may reverse the related credits. Subscription allowances and credits are subject to the current paywall disclosure and applicable Apple terms.

We may change plan prices, allowances or features. We will give affected users advance notice before a material change takes effect, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Changes do not remove mandatory rights you have under consumer law. Apple may separately notify you or require your consent for a subscription price change.

Under the current default referral settings, a successful code redemption gives three extra try-on credits to the eligible new user and three to the code owner. The default eligibility limit is an account less than 14 days old, no paid purchase history and no more than one try-on; one person/identity may redeem only once and cannot redeem their own code. A code's default cap is 50 redemptions. These defaults can be configured, and the service checks the active eligibility and code limit at redemption; a code can be disabled to prevent abuse. Disabling a code does not by itself remove credits already granted. Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are removed with the associated account. Promo-access codes, referral codes and Apple influencer offer codes are different: a promo-access code grants free try-on access in an app account but does not issue credits or change an Apple subscription price; an Apple offer's eligibility, discount, duration and billing are determined by Apple and the offer shown in the App Store. We do not promise a creator commission or payout merely because a code is used. Any creator advertisement or endorsement must clearly disclose a material relationship where required by law.

8. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data we process, the legal bases and your rights. You can delete your account in Settings or contact us at privacy@tryonhaul.si. Current app versions also offer Settings → Privacy & AI controls to delete saved body photos and your selfie or withdraw AI photo consent. Older versions can use the email contact; an email withdrawal takes effect when we carry it out. Account deletion includes staff troubleshooting outputs linked to that account after the access-audit update. Shared reference assets and older outputs without reliable account linkage require manual review. Child-safety evidence may remain after account deletion with direct author and source-look linkage removed, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension, termination and service changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may limit, suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to serious or repeated misuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you the reason. We may change or discontinue a feature; where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice and the cancellation or other rights required by law.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Contact privacy@tryonhaul.si with a complaint or question. We will review it and respond without undue delay. For a personal-data complaint, you may also contact the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia; ip-rs.si. Slovenian law governs these Terms, but this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's country of residence.

Under Slovenia's Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), the operator does not recognize a specific alternative dispute-resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes concerning this service. Consumers may use the competent courts and any dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or law. We will update the date above and give advance notice of material changes where appropriate or required. If you do not accept a change, stop using the affected feature; your statutory rights and any cancellation rights remain available.
